Very rude woman claiming to be handling a serious legal matter.  9852130303 is the number.  It's a bogus call and it's a shady debt collection scheme.  They get info on people from credit reports, online applications for all kinds of things, sign ups for stuff, or buy it!  I laughed my butt off when I asked so you are a debt collector and all she kept doing was rudely asking me for my phone number!
