Believe that it would be illegal for them to give legal advice on a bankruptcy. You can talk to an attorney in your area, most will do the initial consultation for free or for a small fee. This is certainly not something you should be looking up on the net for advice. This is a very big step in your life that will effect your credit for 10 years.
So far 2 missed calls and not voicemail. I also did recently fill out a form for bankruptcy information but they called already and are legit lawyers. Don't answer or call this number back. There are scams going on that all you need to do is answer for them to charge you (not sure how it works but don't want to risk it) My phone says its coming from the United States, no state or city location.
