To William: Newspapers don't care what is put in their classified sections. To the paper there is zero liability as most classifieds usually have a disclaimer stating they do not endorse any of the advertisements in that section. They make the money every week from these scam artist publishing this garbage so why wouldn't they. Unfortunately that's just the way the world is. It sickens me. I wish there was some way ,legally, to police what is posted in the classified section of legitimate newspapers so these scam artist could finally be stopped. Too many people are duped on the idea of working from home. It's ridiculous!
Sorry for the rant, just thought I would give my 2 cents.
I'm glad I found this-- I called the phone number from an ad in my newspaper, and I had to hang up to find the department number she asked for. I thought I'd google the phone number before I called back because I felt like something was a little iffy. Looks like I was right!
Then you must be special Lena because they told me up front when i asked
is there a deposit required she said oh yes.
Thats when I hung up. sept. 30th crwafordsville,In. journal review newspar
