Saw caller ID on the TV, didn't answer phone.

Wants to know how much I have on credit cards and say they work with all credit card companies to lower rates to 6.9%.
I asked why not work directly with the company that holds my credit card, why them. She said this is how it's done. She reports the name of company is Account Services, I googled, I think it may e AMS under Account Services which sells credit cards on line. I feel this violates the do not call list that my number is on. They had no idea what companies I have credit through.

Does not tell who they are just that they will reduce you credit card rate to lower 6.9. they want you to punch 9 which I was told never to do... as they can charge 900 long distance calls to your number. I hung up but I am also on no call list.

They wanted to help me lower my credit card interest rate.  It was a reoorded message.  When they told me to hit 9 to speak to a rep I hung up.

Get calls about every other week-always a recording saying to press 9 to lower credit card rates. On the no call list but still get calls.
