I just had the same response as "Kelly" - very rude. Someone called, I answered, they hung up; I called back and asked who/what company was this and she? said they are having a problem with their phone then hung up hard!
Received a phone call from this number and the person asked if I had dish network or direct tv, when I replied Dish Network she wanted to know if I would consider switching to save money to dirct tv, when I replied direct tv would not save me money she hung up the phone, which I consider rude. I called back when they answer they do not answer the phone like a business and when I mention to her what happened she said okay Bye .. glad I do not have to do business with them with the way they handle phone calls.
