Also got a text after posting on Craigslist. Most likely a scam. I've received two other like this from different phone numbers. Those were definitely scams. Since this one has the exact same question I'll assume this one is a scam as well.

Got a text from this number after putting an add on Craigslist ..It list the add and the price then says "is item was still for sale" beware sounds like a scam
Got several texts from this number asking about a Craigslist item. They offer to have the item picked up and send payment. Since I see I am not alone, it's clearly a scammer.
