I didn't answer, but my other app had a couple of reports of hang-up calls and one instance of someone pretending to be from the IRS. This number originated in Fairgrove MI and the carrier is "Level 3 Mobile". I was getting tons of spam calls over the last few weeks, possibly due to the Anthem Blue Cross security breach, but less & less now.
