I keep getting calls for a Bradley E. Smith from Portfolio Rec 757-321-6278. It is a debt collector recording and they ask to call 866-879-2116. I am not Bradley E. Smith, don't know or have never heard of Bradley E. Smith. I have tried calling both numbers and they are also recordings and I can not leave messages. I want these calls to stop, they have been going on for over two months.

I got a call twice today from them claiming to represent a Michigan Veterans Homeless shelter in Detroit. It was very suspicious. Not like normal telemarketer calls.
