Early this morning, around five ish, California time, a call came in and I picked it up in fear of a family member or friend calling with urgent and/or bad news.
A man said hello, and then the phone went dead. He called again and the phone rang once, and no more.
When I got out of bed and looked at the call board, there were additional numbers 797
right after the 0. The number read 9893644400797 all together. I find/found it impossible to have
too many numbers for a phone listing.
Just now the call came throught while writing. An Asian sounding voice said his name and tried to ask a question, but I could not understand what he said. I told me that, I did not speak English.
When trying to call back this number, I received a fast busy.
Perhaps it is a legit telemarketer, but nevertheless, they should know what time zone they are on when trying to sell their products.
