Who called from 9893913150

my house phone, my husbands and my cell phones are totally getting this call almost 4 times a day. U answer it and they hang up. so not cool

I was having the same problem with 989-391-3149, When I posted it on the web about that number this number started calling me doing the same thing. For some reason my cell phone bill has $30 worth of random extra charges that I did not do, so I'm going to my cell phone store tomorrow to get to the bottom of it, super annoying and not cool.
