Spam phone calls

399-0521 Chicago Call is what comes up on the caller ID.....Tried calling the number back and it won't go through.  I am on the Do Not Call registry!  WTF?

This is from Praxis Financial. They are a debt collector and "spoof" the caller ID number so it appears to be coming from your area.

caller ID showed "Chicago call," but area code was local to me, as previous contributor noted. I did not answer, and caller left no message. Don't know why I'd be getting any calls from any debt collector -- I'm up to date on everything.

I also got a call from this number and 411 . com states it is from  saginaw michigan area land line.
I got no message... it just calls my cell number! And I own my home auto everything so it is not a debt collector =0)
