Who called from 9894245939

Received multiple calls. Call back to request being removed from list and only get answering machine saying they are "Victory Processing"

with some research it seems this is a political survey bull roar.  out of Clare, MI.  

The C Id only showed Cellular Call

Number comes from a cell number, which alone scares me.  Did call back and got a recording. Left only my phone number and msg. "Get my frickin number off your list, NOW, or I will report you" And here I am.

received call but no message.

Called in June and tonight ID says Claire, MI didn't answer either time
