Who called from 9894734324

Another number that when you call back, recording says number not in service..
how can a number not in service call me?

Just got 3 of them in a row, initially saying "Don't call me anymore, you scammer!" . All I could make out was the word "Microsoft".

This number calls often but never identifies who is calling.  They do not respond when the phone is answered.

they are hackers/scammers, pretending to be microsoft tech support, they tell you your windows machine is infected and talk you into giving them access through logmein, once inside they bring up your system logs and security certificate directory and convince you that you indeed have been compromised and procede to try to get you to give them hundreds of dollars to "clean and maintain" your computer, the other numbers they use are:

Why can't these people get caught?  They call here everyday sometimes 2 and 3 times.  989 says a Michigan area code and he has a India accent.
