I got a phone call from this number on my cell phone and when I answered, all I got was breathing. Creepy breathing no less. I hung up, and they called back and left a voicemail. Same creepy breathing. I tried to call back and I got a woman's voicemail box. Not sure if it was just a misdial and the person didn't want to admit it or what... but it was seriously creepy. Especially considering it's a Michigan area code and I live in GA. I saw this and thought maybe it was some sort of scam call, but since no one else has said anything, I'm not sure. So, I guess, if you get a call from this number, don't answer.
