Finally decided to start taking note of these, not the cold callers as they seemingly use dozens of numbers, but the companies who are using them for lead generation. I accepted "Christine"'s offer and within moments had a call from Alan at Alliance Security (Texas number) - finally a real person. Told Alan to take me off their list and if I had another call that led me to Alliance I'd be filing a complaint with the FCC against them as they're obviously using the spammy service.
Yet another number where I seem to be the only victim. Okay: called this morning while sleeping. I called back, and after hearing it ring multiple times got a recorded message about a free home security system (this is almost the only call I get, what's puzzling is that the phone number and state changes constantly). I pressed 1 to talk to someone, because I've been put on specifically their do-not-call list at least 5 times. The voice said "please hold" and few seconds later the line clicked dead. Called back in irritation. The line rings a bunch as before, but now instead of the recorded message, a busy tone starts playing. After it had rung. I called again with the same result. What the fudge pop?
This is pissing me off. I was told I was being put on the DNC list 50 frickin times. I blocked their number in my phone but they just call from a new one. Literally every day 3 times a day. What the heck do I do?
it's some home security system scam. they give you an option to placed on their DNC list, but they call you again from another number from another state. it's no use to block them because they call you each time with a new number. they're really pissing me off.

Home Security called from this number. I informed them not interested and that I am on "do not call list".
They kept calling and I got details and then they tell you "Sorry, does not apply to your area". I asked "Why the H call me then and put me on their do not call list".
Well, this has happened about 50 times. They call me every other day. If you try to call them back, they say press 1 to talk to them then hang up on you. I am reporting them and hopefully everyone will do same.
