Who called from 9896075889

Calls started this morning with the exact same number and caller ID

Just received a call from this number, I screen my calls, did not recognize the area code or name so did not answer.

Called twice more and it is definitely blocked by nomo.

This guy with very broken English keeps calling from a disconnected number saying that he needs me to turn on my computer because my windows program keeps sending them error messages. We hardly even use our computer. We couldn't get them to tell us what company they were from. Tried calling their phony number back and it says disconnected. Scam!!!
