Who called from 9897521772

this number is a scam claiming to be a tech from Dell Support.  they scare you with the crash report that your computer sent them and they ask for remote access to your computer.  Day 1 I hung up on them, Day 2 I listened.  They would transfer you to a tech.  When I ask how much is the tech gonna cost he says he doesnt know $100.00 I say?  $200.00.  I tell them that this is a scam and do not call my house anymore

I checked with Dell Support.  This is a scam - they are not connected with Dell in any way.

The message I received, while shopping, on my cell phone, was "This is ????? from ??? ( I didn't understand his name or where he was calling from), we are getting  reports that you are having trouble with your computer and have all sorts of viruses and extra programs on your computer.  We can fix them right away.  My reply : I am not having any trouble with my computer; in fact, I was on it for several hours today and it worked just wonderfully.  His answer: How can that be?We are seeing all sorts of trouble.  Can you get into your computer right now? It's important.  My answer: No, I am shopping right now.  His reply: When can I call you back?  My answer ; Never...don't bother me again!

Reading that he was saying he was from Dell - well, I don't even own a Dell, so he was certainly not legitimate!!!  The time of the call was 4:20 PM this afternoon.

They called for my husband - I asked them what it was about and he said it was about my pus*y.  Hung up.  Nothing about Dell Support

I answered this call as I have a friend that lives in Saginaw, MI, do not answer. Couldn't understand the guy, said he was a tech support, I hung up. This is a scam!
