They are a debt collector for doctors and hospitals.  They are a pain in the butt. We have a bill with a local hospital. It was for $275. We are on a limited income, so we send them $10 a month. We still owe about half the original amount that is from a emergency stay last year. They call monthly and want us to pay off the balance or send a bigger payment. This was our Co-Pay that the insurance did not pay. If we had the money, we would pay it off. We do not, so we tell them the same thing every month. I could understand their calling if we were not making an effort to pay, but we do pay. Just wish they would stop bugging us!
