Who called from 9898955920

Received same phone number on my caller id this morning and a text message which stated "call me".
No voice-mail message was recorded. It's probably a telemarketer or a con artist seeking prey, or a lonely prankster that is targeting select people.

Got several phone calls from this same number. When i answered no reply.?!! Am i supposed to do something to protect myself?! Can they get info from my phone by me answering?!

I have received two calls from this number in 24 hours..both of which I missed.  When I call the number back it is disconnected.

Don't say nothing when I answer.. Than when I call back says your international call can not be completed as dialed.

Telemarketing call, I answered 1 and it was a recorded message but I continue to get calls from this number
