This number called our business today at 1544 hours. When I saw "Rose City MI" on the caller ID I was pretty darn certain it was yet another scam artist. (Earlier today I had another scammer call from another alleged MI number. Must be popular to spoof Michigan numbers today.) I picked up the receiver slightly and put it right back down again so they wouldn't tie up our line and I wouldn't have to hear whatever nonsense they're trying to "sell" me. After a few minutes, I blocked my call information and called the number back. A generic recording immediately picked up, didn't identify any company, and told me that someone would call me tomorrow or, if I believed the call was in error to press 5 to be put on their do-not-call list. Yeah, it was a scam artist for sure. Legitimate businesses identify themselves in their recordings.
