Who called from 9899538998

I've started to get the same calls from the 989 number, like I was getting from the 617-280-8585 number.

Called back and got another "All circuits are busy"

Going to the bank today to review transactions. Very frustrating.

Got a call from 9899538998. Some message in ESPANIOL. Called back and got All circuits are busy. Dont know what this means

I too got a call from 989-953-8998 and a man speaking what sounded like Spanish was on the line.  I did not call back the number.  Instead I did an online search and found that it was placed from the Michigan MI area.
