05-26-2016 received call from 989-980-3818. Recording (female) gave me the standard pitch about the IRS scam---pay up or go to jail.I did a *67 call back to the call back # they quoted to call them on to set up payment.The CID # was the same number given to call back on. Since my CID did not show up they did not know which SUCKER was responding they just picked up and hung up. I could hear the room noise and voices. I bombed them with calls for awhile and once the foreign accent guy and answered with 2 or 3 words then realized he did not who i was and quickly hung up on me .SCUMBAGS OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!
