telemarketing spam call, i've never asked anyone about lowering my credit card payments. probably since i don't have any
this number called my effing cell phone, which I did not answer as I didn't recognize the inbound number. they left a damn message,

Don't answer the number, it's a godless telemarketer who will surely spend all of eternity roasting in hell.
I just got a call from this munber wanting to lower by interest rates on my credit cards. They didn't do their homework very well, cuz i do not own a single credit card.
I just got this same phone call...did not answer it. I never answer numbers that I do not know. They left a message and it was the same exact message you have typed here - verbatim....losers.....
