The persons name was Amy Newberry from" Bradley and Associates." She said I had 2 bounced checks from 2008 and was forwarding my account to the states attorney offices for an arrest warrant. This [***] really makes me angry! If you were a real law office you would know that in the state of Indiana a payday loan company (small loan lender), cannot threaten to or bring criminal charges against you if the check you provided them bounces......GET A [***] LIFE!!!
They left a barely understandable message. Asked for my wife. Strong East Indian accent and a loud call center type background. When i called the number back from a different phone, they claimed to be a government agency. Clearly very very bogus.
