Received a call from the above number that left a message - A man with a strong Indian accent said it was an IRS matter and needed to be taken care of immediately and it was about someone filing a lawsuit against me. (Really? why would the IRS be involved in that - lol) Any how he continued on to say if he did not hear back from me or my attorney very soon, he wished me luck with the out come -- not sure if that's the number he was calling from, but that was the number he left for me to call back
Just got one too, I was way ready for a call like this!! The fake agent, so speaking in bad broken English started talking when I interrupted and said "really man..." "If anything, our government over here would never call any citizen for anything" , making him mad he replied "f off", and hung up!
Thinking to myself, Hahaha gotcha!
As described by others. Broken message by a man with an Indian accent. Gave case number as well as call back number 202-629-9001; and said legal action would be taken if does not hear back. Then all he can say is "good luck if I do not hear from you."
