Who called from 2031671196

This is not a PPI number! I've been called three times by this number now, and each time they hang up within 5 seconds of me answering.

Also it quite clearly states Alexandria on my hand set, which is a far cry from Altrincham.

A woman called me from this number, she knew my name but was asking me how to pronounce my surname. So I just hang up.

this no rings me at least once a day even though I blank it. It is most annoying if I need assistance for any reason it won't be from this number.
