I received a call from this number at 8:48 am on Jan 29 2008. I did not answer but called back immediately. The recording spoke in what sounded Persian first and then in broken English that the phone number was not a working number. I hung up.
This exact number called me too... and I live in Colorado.. so I did not answer it. Then I decided to go on google.com to see if it was a listed number.. instead it was a reported number. weird.
I just got a call from 203-388-0775 at 10:43am (1/29/08) and I said "hello" 2x - no one said anything but I could hear them doing something in the back ground - I hung up. I am also a part of the "DCL". My caller id said their # is from Stamford, CT.
I got a call from that same number Jan. 29th at 11:20am and I am in Kansas. Since I didn't know the number I didn't answer and whomever it was that called didn't leave a message.
