Energy company telling me about my electric bill and getting it reduced/changed and wanted info... only info I gave was that he was a scammer because although my phone starts with (203) I live in CA!

I get calls from this # a lot along with tons of other scammers. Next time I may pick up and tell them if they tell me they work for Eversource that I do too and sound excited to be chatting with a fellow co-worker. Then I will blow my nice new shiny whistle into their ear lol!
Why would you want to hurt your ears by blowing a whistle? It certainly won't bother your caller as modern phone systems don't transmit sounds at harmful levels. Better to just not answer calls from unknown numbers.
