Yes I did this and it works great!!!! Who needs the Do Not Call List. Wal Mart has the Panasonic phone that can block 250 numbers and came with 2 additional cordless phones for under $100.00. You have to it order on-line. You have to program it so it doesn't ring on the first ring to ID the phone number that is calling you. And no more annoying/unwanted phone calls!!!!
I've been called several times on my cell as has my wife...at work...even. I'm going to complain to the Attorney General's office the next time.
One thing...do not answer when you see the number. They're using a minute of your cell time.
And the once I did answer was something about health ins.
Am on the DoNotCall also, but doesn't stop this.
got call at 10 am from 203-538-0971. Didn't answer because I didn't know who it was. No message. Third time I've received call from this number. It's some kind of bogus operation for sure.
