I answered the phone and a man rushed into a speech, without letting me get a word in edge wise, until he asked if the New Haven Police Department could count on me for a donation.

Constantly calling my home. No one there. I call it back and it says no one is at that extension.

Calls me every day. Never leaves a msg. Then when I pick up they hang up or it gets disconnected.

Caller said he was collecting for some police charity and would I be making a contribution when my "pledge package arrived". I said "no" and he was taken back a bit and said " what?" I said NO again and hung up. Scammer.
