I got the same call and the guy voice sounds Indian and he kept saying say yes, when I said no and said I don't understand you or the way the speaking with, he hang up on me. I Knew from the number that is a weird number as it appeared on my phone as international number (+20 60 001111)

This number along with a 202 number and 206 984 0586 plus unknown numbers are calling me about 5-10 a day....annoying. A lady that sounds oriental repeats over and over that they are the federal government and I will receive a grant for 9000. Just call blah blah and give a code to get it. How do I get this to stop?
I received several calls from this and many other unknown to me numbers. It is an Indian lady who blithers about a federal grant. It is a scam. DO NOT buy into this. Hang up - in fact, if you don't know the number don't answer the call.
this is my state emergency cel and the woman said she keep calling me everyday--this aint right that these scams are happing to the disabled persons like me.. it needs to stop when you're # is Private then keep it this way..
