I got the same call and the guy voice sounds Indian and he kept saying say yes, when I said no and said I don't understand you or the way the speaking with, he hang up on me. I Knew from the number that is a weird number as it appeared on my phone as international number (+20 60 001111)
Scammer has called 3 times now within 2 days. Never leaves a voicemail. If they can't leave a voicemail, then they are not worth the time to return a phone call. Added to auto reject list.
I receive the same phone call from the 1-206-000-1111 when you finally get someone they try and tell you that you have won a federal grant (which a grant is not something you win anyways)(awarded maybe not won..IMMEDIATE GIVEAWAY BEWARE, as one phone call said the grant was for 7000.$ and one call said 9000.$ then the guy on the other end started talking crazy and saying man after every sentence. I'm not sure who to get in touch with but they claim theyre from the federal government. As looking up the number i found many complaints dating as far back as 2012.. Does someone think like myself and believe this scam should of been addressed and shutdown by now but NO 4 years later and people still getting calls. Seems they could of tracked down all the numbers and at least with the phone company,and disconnect the numbers or trace or something. Also they go as far as talk to my supervisor and call a different number with a claim# they give you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY and if you can block the number I would do so. So aggrevated seems to always hit the people in need the most. something has to give.
this number among many others is a SCAM if you get a call saying theyre with the federal government and that you have won a grant, First of all grants are''nt won theyre awarded not won, SO dead giveaway rght away if possible block the number, I have did a little research on this number and while investigating found this number among many others of people getting the same messages of no one on the other end or that you have won. The sad part is this SCAM has been going on from what i seen as far back as 2012 maybe longer you think it would of been addressed and shut down by now but many people still getting SCAMMED

Tried to call back the number and it is always busy 3:14 11 03 2016 . ? Do not know why !
