scammer calls from 263-477-5222 left message saying that they are the IRS and are filing a lawsuit against you and wants you to call 206-201-2044 for information about the case file
SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all the postings about these jerks calling so I knew not to call back! IRS my butt! Then I'm Santa Claus! Contact me at the North Pole. lol
I received a message saying it was from the IRS and they were filing a claim on us. We never received a letter and any other calls, hence I got on the computer punched in the phone number and here it is saying it is a scam.
Got a call on my cell phone from 263.457.5122. Female robo voice left similar voice message to the other postings: last warning, arrest threat, from IRS. Call the 206.201.2044 number immediately (I DID NOT!!)
I will pursue filng complaint with Oregon AG. Really don't need this BS right now!
Received a call from (263)437-5622 and left VM. Stated that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call (206)201-2044. I called. Someone with an East Indian accent answered and claimed to be Kevin Butler. He did not immediately identify himself as an IRS agent. I informed him that my attorney would be contacting him immediately. He stated that no outside 3rd party would be permitted to interfere. What a joke! SCAM definitely.
