I received a call from this number its automated stating that the IRS is issuing a lawsuit against me, lol thats some funny stuff, clever but funny.  IRS is not going to call to let you know of an impending lawsuit.

I also received a call from this number from an alleged IRS "agent" who said that his badge number is 6161. After arguing with him for around 10 minutes about the implausibility of my being sued due to a supposed audit of my tax returns from the past six years--he even claimed that there's a warrant out for my arrest--I asked what SSN he had on file for me. This "agent" hung up immediately.

I also received an automated voice mail message telling me that I was being sued by the IRS. I called the number back from a different phone and some middle eastern sounding guy said he was an officer. He asked me what phone number I received the message on. No way was I going to tell him that. I challenged the fact that the IRS was suing me. He said some things I couldn't understand and then when I repeated my questions to him again he said rather clearly this time, "Take your middle finger, put it in your [***] and shake it." I hung up. Unbelievable that people have the time to do this.

UPDATE: Now that I've done some additional online research, I would like to encourage others who receive calls from this number to do what I've done: report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission. You can do so by going to ftccomplaintassistant.gov. You might also want to consult the following page on the IRS's website: www.irs.gov.uac/Tax-Scams-Consumer-Alerts.

If you talk with the scammers at 206.201.2152, do NOT give them any personal information re: bank accounts, employers, or your Social Security number. I was told by the "agent" that my wages were about to be garnished, which was a clear attempt to pressure me into providing him with personal financial information. Although you can always argue with these scammers like I did, I actually recommend that you do not engage with them at all and instead report the date, time, and relevant details to the FTC and/or IRS.
