was given the 206 number to call to give an approval code to them and when I called the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. The people who called me had my name and address information.
I received a call from Michael King at this number. He said I won a $7000 grant that would be deposited onto my prepaid debit card or checking account. He said I would have to give a donation to the children's club of $250 to get the grant. When I said I could not pay he told me to [***] off and hung up.
i got a call today a woman with a heavy accent asked me for my card number since i have applied for student loans i thought this was one of them so i gave her my card number then she gave me aconfirmation number and directed me to call 206 201 2542 and ask for a michael king when i called the numver a guy with a heavy hindu like accent picked up stating he was a goverment worker and this was a 7,000 dollar grand that i was awarded for being a "good citizen with a clean record" he then instructed me to go to the nearest western union and deposit 280 dollars and after the transsaction the 7,000 will be deposited into my checking account i thought that was really fishy so i told him i dont have that money he then sudgested i go to friends and aske them for the money and just pay them back once i had my deposited grand" when i told him i find it really strange that i have to pay money to get money he started getting upset and REALLY LOUD!!!!! he said listen if u want your money u are gonna have to do what im telling you, I said huuuuuummmmmmm THEN THE IDIOT CONTINUED TO SAID HUUUUUMMMM WHAT MAM!!!! HUUUUM WHAT!! i was like EXCUSE ME??? and he just stood quiet i said look a**hole im reporting you to the police and he hung up ....
