I'm not calling anybody back that doesn't give me complete and clear information including a company an contact name.
it's a scam that has been running around all over the country. The i_r_s will never call you with a robo call to tell you they are filing a lawsuit.plus, the number they are calling from is in seattle. Isn't the i_r_s in washington d_c? Silly humans!
