I got a call stating that the government want to give me 7000 grant for not being a criminal and not filling bankrupt in the last 12 months. He got mad when I told him this was scam. He told me if this was a scam that they would be asking for more money. Also he told me that my money would be going to hungry and homeless children in the Dominican Republic and not to him. So I told him to take it out the 7000 and mail me the rest. Then he told me that the 260 dollars was the bank processing fee. Now I going to call him back cause he waiting for my call and let him know that he is trying to make my kids homeless and hungry cause rent is due soon. I hope the government fry Micheal king for making false advertisement about government grants.
I received a call today from these people asking the same information, when I replied to as why I was deserving of this grant, the reply because of my clean non felonious record. I am ashamed to say that is so untrue, however that is how I know it is a scam! anyway when I call This A.K.A. Michael KIng , he answers the phone saying " Grants Department ". When I ask him whose Grants Department, he gets hysterical and hangs up! People don't allow these dishonest people scam you !!!
Got a call from 0000000 and he said, with an accent so thick I could barely understand him, he was calling from the Federal Government and that I'd won some money. I asked him his name and he said "Alex" I asked him his supervisors name and he said he didn't have one. I then asked him for his office address and he hung up on me! I love getting calls like this because I can always out-smart them! I asked him his phone number and said it was 202-948-2240. I googled it and it says its a cell phone.
I received a call from 206-201-2542 stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call this number to get more details. I did not call, but, instead, looked up the number on the internet and found all these other complaints. I know the IRS has no reason to file a lawsuit against me, because my returns are all filed and accurate. I do, however, get tons of calls from various places in the US and abroad, threatening me for any number of reasons, although I am listed with "Do not Call". These people pay no attention to the laws or communication restrictions, including harassment, and I would like to know how, and where to report them.
I rec'd the same message today, so instead of calling I look the number up on Google, so glad I did. These people need to get a life and a real job and work hard like the rest of us and stop scamming people!!
