I almost fell for it too but something tikd me to Google it an I did an I'm glad I did cause I was about to go pawn the title to my truck to do it they make it sound so good an legit ... always pray before making big decisions On stuff your not sure about

They have been calling me about the7000 dollar grant, i cussed them out and told them to lose my number. the woman said she was gonna call me every f-ing day, then she called back and said i have your address, which she did , and said she was gonna come and f-ing KILL ME. again she called and said to be very careful about mail i open, they were gonna get me. They tried to get me to do the green dot card for 375 dollars. They are torturing me, sometime 10 calls a day and threatening to blow my brains out if they dont get the money. I have called the FBI ,which they told me to just hang up and be cautios about people coming to my home or any mail that i dont recognize. The FBI told me to call local police and report that I have had death threats, they really can't do anything to help me stop this because the numbers are 202 area code, but this a fake number. they can be calling from anyplace. now they call me private and really say some bad stuff.

They are not located in area code 202, they are located in India.  They are Indian scammer/extortionists.   Do not answer calls where you do not recognize the number.  Do not let them scare you,  if you have reported the threats to the local police.  They are in India. Not the United States and no one from India is going to hurt you.

I don't know the number they called because my caller id just said ringing, but the number they told me to call with the id# is 206-569-5605 and they have been calling me alot too and every time I say I can't understand you, they hang up.  Today a woman called me, and I heard a bunch of Indian sounding people in the back ground talking, and while I'm not racist by any means, I highly doubt the U.S. Government has that people working for them, making calls, that can't be understood.  Anyway the woman gave me the same story, that I was selected to receive a $7000 grant, gave me an id number and the phone number I listed above, I got online to check it out and found this and another blog by the BBB and knew it was a scam and while I was looking it up online, I got another call from a guy this time, and started the whole you have been selected story again and when he said your probably wondering why you have been selected,  I said no, I'm wondering why I'm getting the same call I got 2 minutes ago from someone else there and he hung up.  I have been applying for scholarships and grants for school and sometimes it hard to know which ones are real, and I thought one of the ones I actually applied for came through, but knew quickly it wasn't that.  Previously I kept getting calls, also Indian people, saying they had information that I had bladder or pelvic mesh surgery and they were calling from an attorneys office and I could be included in a class action lawsuit, I asked where they got my medical information, and they said from the hospital in my city, and I asked which hospital, he couldn't answer but tried to verify the information by saying u had this done and that done, he did have my identity information, phone numbers, location,etc.  but I told him I had never had either of these surgies, he wanted to argue with me that he had proof, I think I would know what I had done, then he tried to ask me what all surgeries I have had, what does that matter?  Then he said whats your social so I can see if I have the right person, ummm don't think so.  Please be careful, never give information and always research it online, or talk to someone before you do anything.

Wow I'm so happy I came on here they just called me with this same 7000$  bs smh I'm happy I thought about it tho an looked up that [***] an I found this thanks guys I seen all of y'all comments they told all of us the same stuff that's so sad that people is like that
