So is this really a scam cause i was bout too see what happen

Yes, this is a scam my husband took the call and we followed their directions in which they asked us to send 210 dollars to verafie our account information and then they would send us the 7000 and the 210 to us.   Well needless to say we never received the money and when my husband called them back he got told that our government had put a hold on our application and that they were wanting 625 for taxes on the money.  I wanted the name of the place that was doing this grant money and they would never samplie it and then they hung up on me.........I wish wouldn't have fell for it, but when you live paycheck to paycheck  a good sum of money sounds good,but know my husband knows and we wont fall for it again..... These people need to be stopped.......

I just received a call from a 202 number saying I was approved for a grant for $7000. I kept saying what's the scam and they kept saying no ma'am this is a grant from the government. they told me to go to MoneyGram and the process would take about 20 minutes to get approved then they said I'd have to pay $300 to the bank but it couldn't be taken out of my 7000. I said finally so that's a scam I send you 300 and I get nothing back then I hung up. now I keep getting calls from unavailable that's terrible

I received a call saying because I am a good citizen and paid taxes on time, have the opportunity to get $7000.  I would not
put it on my regular cc or debit card, because of bank information, the man did not like the fact I would not do this immediately.

A scam of course ..listen intently play along and waste their time ..dont give out any info ask questions . they hate it when you waste their time ..time is money and they ar enot getting mine or yours. at the end i told him to go perform an unatural act on himelf using a verb and a pronoun ..then we actually got into  an old fashion cursing match ..called him every name in the book regarding his ancestors
