I received a call about getting sued by the IRS, I just deleted the message. This is the 2nd time I have received this. Someone should sue them for slander.
The newest scam they are pulling is on Craig's list. They say the need help with a pc virus and to call this number. If you call they threaten you with being arrested for owing the irs. Fortunately the very next post was someone who called the add and found out the hard way. Don't call or answer calls from this number. Report immediately to the ftc. (Seattle)
Caller is purporting to be an agent of the IRS and tells the caller to go to Walmart and get the Green Dot card IMMEDIATELY to make a lump sum payment then pay the balance in installments.
I have a call from this number 206-201-2671 twice they leave a message that I get sue by IRS, then I called this number back and the person who answer hang up 3 times on me. Beware Scammers!!
