I get the same call saying he is from federal legislature attorney David Cruz. I believe I did pay some money in the past to thes basterds. If they have a case against me in court they need to send court papers to my home address. I will not fall for this scame again. Today I got another message from someone name wallace that there is acase aginst me and if I dont answer he wish me good luck. Any case in court against anyone you will be properly notified if it is legit. the need to f..... off. I m ignoring all their calles from now on.
Someone called me from this number stating their name was Dan Rosen from a law firm about a pay day loan. They also call from a California number. I filed a complaint with the FBI, police dept & other federal agencies against these ppl. Please do the same they are a scam.
This number called me today with notice of a lawsuit for non-payment of a payday loan. I did take one out last year in a pinch but paid it promptly. Scared the bajeezes out of me that they called my work # and had my ss#.
David Cooper called my work numerous times and really it is getting irritating. As soon as i had my lawyer call him back, there were no more calls. Figures right. I will be filling a police report.
