I have also received a phone call from these people. The guy I spoke with does not speak proper english. Told me I was being sued in California and, God Bless. I told this guy that I work for a lawfirm and to be sued they would need to provide proper documentation. He told me that a loan was on my credit report and told me my bank. He stated when the loan was the funny thing is during that time I did not have a bank and I knew it was a scam. He told me to go ahead and pay the amount of 5,000 anyways. I told him he was out of his mind and he told me well someone must of stole your idenity but, I still need to pay. This guy has lost his mind he wouldnt even tell me the firm he worked for.
This David Cooper keeps calling and harassing me, he tells me he needs to verify info because I am a fraud victim for a cash advance I got. I have not gotten any cash advances. I hang up and he keeps calling back. They are very rude and demanding.
