I went crazy for 2 days trying to find out who my 15 yr old daughter was texting 9 pages worth of phone bill with this 1 phone number in 2 days! I called T mobile and they played dumb and said they couldn't help me find out who it was. Then I read on several web sights that this one number belongs to T-mobile and it appears on the bill of several customers that also had NEVER had anything to do withtexting this number! IMAGINE BEING A MOTHER IN THIS DAY & AGE TRYING TO PROTECT YOUR 15 YR OLD DAUGHTER & THIS PHONE NUMBER POPS UP ON 9 PAGES IN 1-2 DAYS!!!
I to have T-Mobile as my cellphone provider. My husband was out of town for 4 days this past week, I went on-line to pay my bill I see 14 out going text messages going to 206-313-0004. My first reaction was WTF My second reation was that SOB!!!! Of course he denied texting anyone at that number I did not believe him. I called T-Mobile to see if they had any information about the text's I thought they might have been able to provide some sort of a transcript. No luck with that. But now that I googled the number I am even more dissappointed with T-Mobile. The representative should have seen the number that was I was questioning and informed me that there has been some issues with that number. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, My States Attorney General Office as well as the FCC.
i got texted by this number as well, it was someone from some dating service. they sent two messages, but i now have it blocked so it shouldn't be a problem. it's still annoying though, i really don't know how they got my number
My boyfriend is out of town working in nc and im in pa and this number came up on his bill all day long every day and im crying and screaming at him thinking of course he is cheating on me i was so upset I was so glad to find out its because he is roaming when he is out there....just thought I would share that with everyone
I think this is a scam and i dont care who says its not. i have to pay $.35 for each txt message, and i think that this is getting a little out of hand when im getting over 35 txt from this number!!
We got the same situation while traveling international but with T-mobile phone(with windows mobile 6) on while occasionally using the free wireless services at other countries. When we came back, we were hit with ridiculous charges on text messages "outgoing" to 206-313-0004- T-mobile number. We were also charged $2.99 per minute from number 805-637-7249 which is T-mobile voice mail number that we never dialed. We were seasoned travellers and we never dialed out, texted or checked voice mail while in foreign coutries, but T-mobile charged every minute if there was some signal to our phone while we were internationally. When we called to dispute, they said that's because you had your cell on while you were in other countries. It's indeed ridiculous. Why no one calls for a class action to it?
