also gettig texts from this number it is definately a text spam or scam form t mobile itself in seattle. i guess we have to change carriers since no results, want to know how to blok texts since i care to not text at all and yet started getting harrassed with these texts with no messages
I have charges for 9 text messages this month from both the (206) 313-0023 and the (405) 455-0007 numbers, but the weird thing is that I have never sent or RECEIVED a text message on my phone EVER, so how is it possible that I am I being charged for this? It seems like some kind of scam if it is happening to so many people. I'm calling T-Mobile right now. This is ridiculous!!!
Is everyone that has posted from the Seattle area or have a cell phone with an area code of 206? I posted earlier and have since had at last another 3 conversations with T-Mobile Customer Non Care. I had them block ALL text messages 3 weeks ago but they continue to bill me for messages that not only do not show up on my phone but shouldn't be charged because they were blocked.....figure that one out. They can explain why we are still being charged for blocked text messages. Looks as though we will be changing carriers when our contract is up. I like the idea of contacting "Jesse" and the BBB. Something has to get the attention of T-Mobile!
I just got off the phone with T-Moble and they did not see any of the text messages with the phone number 206-313-0023 and 404-455-0007 that was showing up on the mailed bill. So it looks like that it was taken care of BUT how do I pay my bill with the charges listed? I would still call T-Mobile to make sure.
I recently activated a t-mobile account. My recent bill showed 5 of these text messages from 206-313-0023. At first I just thought I must have received these and didn't recall, although I should have known better, since I don't use text messaging. On my first call to t-mobile, they said they would bock text messaging for me but couldn't credit me for prior messages. I agreed since it wasn't a lot of money. But after the call, I did a look up of the number on this site and found all the info here. It confirmed for me that I wasn't loosing my mind. My phone never showed receiving any text messages from this number; it only appeared on my bill (on 10/13 and 10/16). So, I called t-mobile back and they reversed the charges. It wasn't as much about the $ as it was adding to the voice of those having this problem.
