Guys with foreign accents claiming to be from the IRS. They told me that we owed additional federal taxes for "2009 and 2010." I'm sure that if I had cooperated with them, they would have taken a credit card number from me to pay the money I "owed" to the IRS.
Called saycthe IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me andcto call that number back. Such an easy ti identity as scam. First IRS would not call men they would have mailed something. Anyway the scammers are busy.
Has called me from multiple #'s saying I was being sued by the IRS and then another time to lower my interest rate on my credit card (I don't have a single credit card). Was asking for personal information which was when I responded if you're the actual IRS wouldn't you have them since I file my taxes and called them out for being a scam... They then told me how they would rape me and that I am a [***] and a c u next Tuesday among a million other vulgar things when I said nothing. I let the call go on while he was saying beyond horrible vile things to me so I could record it and hopefully bring this person down which I'm sure will never happen. Never even said anything back besides its a scam and I don't know how he lives with himself taking money from innocent people. He has then called back from multiple different numbers leaving disgusting messages on my phone that I keep having to have to block.
This is an IRS scam. They claimed the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me for unpaid taxes, which is hilarious, because this is the first year ever in my life where I made enough money to owe taxes.
