they call saying i owe them money the guy's name is james watson, didn't say what company he worked for just i need to call him back and gave me this number, they call all the time under blocked id and private.
I was off from work for a few days only to come back to 10 or more vm's stating "you or your attorney call us or I feel sorry for you" When I did answer the call it was word for word what Drew stated in his comments June/8/2009. I listened and asked lots of questions and finally at the end got their number = 213-784-5745, this is the number he wanted me to call with my Debit Card info and 831-536-1611, to fax an apology letter to stating that I did not "run away" with the money I was suppose to have gotten. I turned it over to security at my work place.
Ahh yes, as all of you...I keep getting the call from here, but it Shane Lee that calls me. First off, I find it very funny that they misrepresent themselves as lawyers..LOL. It is very evident from the background noise and clutter that they are in a call center. Ever heard of lawyers all calling from a call center? Secondly, they are all Indians. So, umm..lawyers from a call center in India telling me that i need to have my attorney of record call them ASAP and if I chose to not call them may God bless me with this matter further. I just wonder when he'll get the hint because all I do is send this call to voice mail every time.
I also got a call at work today and he told me that he needed my lawyers information. he told me his name was james wallace. These people contacted me 2 months ago also under a diff companys name but the person had the same accent. i went to call the number back and asked the guy to talk to james wallace and he was like who. this just scares me so much. so you guys really dont think it is a scam. i am freaking out because they contacted me again. i live in pa and i have contacted our general attorneys office.
This is in response to the person who said they called her twice under 2 diff co names. You indicate you think it might not be a scam, they're counting on you thinking that BUT DON'T FALL FOR IT, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!
HEY GUYS.... THIS IS EXTREMELY SCARY. I GOT A PHONE CALL TODAY FROM THE SAME NUMBER EVERYONE ELSE STATED. THEY LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT I OWED THEM MONEY AND ME OR MY ATTORNEY NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK ASAP AND IF I DIDNT THEY WISHED ME GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS. I WAS EXTREMELY WEIRDED OUT BY IT AND HAD MY BOYFRIEND PICK UP THE NEXT TIME THEY CALLED. THEY DIDNT EVEN CATCH ON THAT WHO THEY WERE TALKING TO BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR A WOMAN AND A MAN IS TALKING TO THEM.(HOW DUMB) THEY SAID I NEEDED TO BE IN COURT ON MONDAY AND THAT I OWED THEM MONEY AND I WILL GO TO JAIL IF NOT BUT I DONT OWE MONEY TO ANYONE ONLINE. THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN MY BOYFRIEND AND THIS MAN NAMED "STEVEN" GOT VERY HEATED MY BOYFRIEND HASSLED HIM A BIT AND THE GUY ENDED UP TELLING HIM THAT HE HAS ALL MY INFORMATION, RAMBLED OFF MY SS# AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ASKED HIM IF HE REMEMBERS 911 IN A REALLY CREEPY VOICE AND A REALLY CREEPY CHUCKLE AFTER AND SAID THAT WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS THERE IS A BULLET WITH MY NAME ON IT AND THAT I WILL DIE. HE CALLED BACK 5 MINUTES AFTER AND SAID, "ITS TAKEN CARE OF, ITS TAKEN CARE OF... ITS DONE".... AND HUNG UP. IM CREEPED OUT, THIS IS CREEPY, PLEASE DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE, I DONT THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE EVEN IN AMERICA, I THINK ITS AND UNDERGROUND THING. DONT FALL FOR IT DONT EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE. THIS IS CREEPY!
