they call saying i owe them money the guy's name is james watson, didn't say what company he worked for just i need to call him back and gave me this number, they call all the time under blocked id and private.
HEY GUYS.... THIS IS EXTREMELY SCARY. I GOT A PHONE CALL TODAY FROM THE SAME NUMBER EVERYONE ELSE STATED. THEY LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT I OWED THEM MONEY AND ME OR MY ATTORNEY NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK ASAP AND IF I DIDNT THEY WISHED ME GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS. I WAS EXTREMELY WEIRDED OUT BY IT AND HAD MY BOYFRIEND PICK UP THE NEXT TIME THEY CALLED. THEY DIDNT EVEN CATCH ON THAT WHO THEY WERE TALKING TO BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR A WOMAN AND A MAN IS TALKING TO THEM.(HOW DUMB) THEY SAID I NEEDED TO BE IN COURT ON MONDAY AND THAT I OWED THEM MONEY AND I WILL GO TO JAIL IF NOT BUT I DONT OWE MONEY TO ANYONE ONLINE. THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN MY BOYFRIEND AND THIS MAN NAMED "STEVEN" GOT VERY HEATED MY BOYFRIEND HASSLED HIM A BIT AND THE GUY ENDED UP TELLING HIM THAT HE HAS ALL MY INFORMATION, RAMBLED OFF MY SS# AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ASKED HIM IF HE REMEMBERS 911 IN A REALLY CREEPY VOICE AND A REALLY CREEPY CHUCKLE AFTER AND SAID THAT WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS THERE IS A BULLET WITH MY NAME ON IT AND THAT I WILL DIE. HE CALLED BACK 5 MINUTES AFTER AND SAID, "ITS TAKEN CARE OF, ITS TAKEN CARE OF... ITS DONE".... AND HUNG UP. IM CREEPED OUT, THIS IS CREEPY, PLEASE DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE, I DONT THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE EVEN IN AMERICA, I THINK ITS AND UNDERGROUND THING. DONT FALL FOR IT DONT EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE. THIS IS CREEPY!
These people are terrorists from another country trying to launder money for another terrorist attack! They threatened me and I didn't back down and they stopped calling! Their bullies and all you got to do is scare them back cause they don't want to deal with tough [***] Americans! Screw them!

I would advise ya'll to use some discretion and hande this situation with care. Until 1 month ago, I too took these guys for scammers. However, I was sued by them & I was ordered to pay $6 grands. My loan amount was only $300!!!!
Only 2-3 guys are authentic however, & most are phoney. The authentic guys are very courteous if you are nice to them and don't swear or hang out on them. But, if you do so, you are not going to have a great time with them.
I was sued by Logan Smith. Stay clear of this guy!!! I did run a check on him with the CA bar members list . He is genuine & he's a man eater!!!!! His bar no. is 212041. Learn from me & check if you are dealing with him. If yes, resolve with him!!!
If you are going to make posts about "Logan Smith" here is some advice:
#1 Come up with a better name than that...is that SERIOUSLY the best you can do?
#2 At least change the words of the post so that it is NOT IDENTICAL to the one posted by another blogger.
Continue to sit in your little cubicle in India or whatever Godforsaken place you're from and the time will come when you have to answer to a Higher Power and the US Justice System. IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU.
Well I am sure glad I am reading all of your comments about this scam... I was so upset this past Wednesday. I keep getting a call from Mr. Steve Parker, Mr. Matthew Parker,and Micheal Harrison, all of these people have accents.. and strong arm tactics. When you try to call the back the number is either disconnected or busy. You never have an opportunity to call back to talk to someone. I did get through, and after the strong arm of trying to make me give info.. (which they already had) I keep asking what firm they represented and they keep asking me question and saying I will tell you, answer the question. I got out of one of them that it was Financial Accountability Association for Federal Legislation for Unsecured Loans. I tried to find it on Google with the FAA name and then I added Fed. Legislation for Unsecured Loans. Bingo I came to this site and found out about this scam. Now I know they got my info from those Pay Day Websites with all those pop ups. Well... I ain't going there anymore. These guys must be terrorist trying to raise monies, cause they sure do terrorizes a person for funds. They have called my work and now I have been told by legal council to let the FBI know about this stuff. Good thing one of my friends sons work for the FBI. I'm telling her today to call her son.
