I received this call on my cell. i just hung up..

received a call from this number at 3:30 EDT today and did not answer

received a call at 3.52 PM EDT, answered, first heard some static, then some garbage words, hung up in 8 seconds,my 1 minute was wasted :(

go this call on my cell. I called it back on my home and put my number in for removal of my cell number. yes it was in spanish.
