Who called from 2396873700

Received a call on my cell at 3:20 on Sept 17 and 3:32 today (Sept 18). Didn't answer...no message.

Got a call from this number but did not pick up. Sep 17; 16:52. If i do not recognize a number i do not pick it up.

I hope this isn't a phishing scam for phone numbers.
