Received call at approx 2:50 pm MST
Pressed 9 to be conneted; Asked for a manager and was IMMEDIATELY disconnected. That's a first, usually if I ask for a manager on these calls someone always puts me through. I wouldn't trust a company like this to refinance a loan for a kid's lemonade stand let alone my personal finances. *69 and attemtps to call back are impossible, as this is most likely a dummy number hiding the real corporation.
These people called and told me my credit card was fine but I needed to talk to them to lower my payments or something so I held on so I could give them a piece of my mind. They told me to push 9 to talk to a representative.
Yeah these guys have called me 3 times today, also from the number 305 000 6935. I have pushed 9 to speak to someone every time but have been disconnected each time. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Comission and I encourage all of yall to do the same. https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
